A pretty flower bouquet at the center of a modernist pattern, makes up this vintage cotton scarf by J.S. Germain, circa 1970s.

The shawl sized scarf consists of a light weight cotton with floral design and navy blue and white arches, along with dark turquoise, goldenrod, bright green, and sandy beige colors. 

It measures approximately 34 inches square, has hand stitched hems, is signed “J.S. Germain” in one corner, and has a fabric care label which includes “Cotton 100%” and “Made in Italy”.
